11.11 and White Friday 2026: what couriers have (and haven't) published

Hi,

Peak season is close. 11.11 falls on Wednesday 11 November 2026 and White Friday on Friday 27 November 2026 (Salla seasons calendar; Amazon.ae says its sale is "usually around the last Friday in November"). As of 25 October, Amazon.ae and noon had not announced their exact 2026 sale windows.

What we found across the providers we list:

• Cut-offs: no provider has published 2026 peak cut-offs. Normal daily cut-offs: SamVertex same-day in Dubai for orders by 14:00; Jeebly next day for orders by 4 PM and same day (Dubai only) by 11 AM, Monday to Saturday.
• COD payouts: SamVertex weekly on Mondays (daily from 300 orders a month), iMile weekly on Tuesdays, Jeebly weekly for new accounts, Quiqup weekly, MaxCommerce monthly, Naqel within 10 days, SMSA via Salla twice a week, Torod every two weeks to twice weekly by plan, OTO every 7 or 14 days. Late-November deliveries may be paid in December, so plan restock cash early.
• Surcharges: no published peak surcharges. Fuel: iMile 4% (reviewed monthly); Jeebly's 2% is already in its rate card prices; Quiqup says one may apply. Remote areas: iMile +AED 10, Quiqup AED 37, Jeebly AED 59.20.
• Returns: Jeebly RTO AED 14.14; Quiqup charges the full delivery fee; SamVertex re-delivery AED 15. No provider publishes how many delivery attempts it makes, so ask yours.
