Peak season shipping guide 2026: 11.11 and White Friday (UAE and KSA)

Updated 28 Oct 2026. Every provider figure below comes from the provider's own page, rate card or email to GCC 3PL, as shown on each provider page. Prices and terms change, so always confirm with the provider.

Short answer: 11.11 falls on Wednesday 11 November 2026 and White Friday on Friday 27 November 2026. None of the providers we list has published peak-season cut-offs or peak surcharges for 2026, so plan around their normal daily cut-offs, transit times and COD payout cycles, and ask your provider directly about peak dates. Use the comparison table to compare options side by side: price, delivery time and COD fees.

1. Key dates

  • 11.11 (Singles' Day): Wednesday 11 November 2026 (Salla seasons calendar).
  • White Friday: Friday 27 November 2026 (Salla seasons calendar). Amazon.ae says its White Friday sale is "usually around the last Friday in November" (amazon.ae).
  • As of 25 Oct 2026, Amazon.ae and noon had not announced their exact 2026 sale windows on their own sites. If you sell on a marketplace, check its seller announcements for the official start and end dates.

2. Order cut-offs and volume planning

No listed provider has published a 2026 peak-season cut-off. These are the normal daily cut-offs that providers do publish:

ProviderPublished daily cut-offPublished delivery time
SamVertex (UAE)Orders by 14:00 for same-day in DubaiNext day to the rest of the UAE
Jeebly (UAE)Next day: order by 4 PM, Mon-Sat. Same day (Dubai only): order by 11 AM, Mon-SatRemote areas and Abu Dhabi Western Region: delivery twice a week
iMile (UAE)Not published1-3 working days
Naqel Express (KSA, UAE)Not publishedDomestic e-commerce delivery in 1-3 days
Quiqup (UAE)Not publishedNext day; remote areas 3 days
  • Jeebly's published cut-offs run Monday to Saturday, so orders placed on Friday 27 November after 4 PM, or on Sunday, may not move until the next working day. Ask other providers whether they collect on weekends during peak.
  • Some prices depend on monthly volume. Jeebly's next-day rate drops from AED 18.43 (1-250 shipments a month) to AED 16.29 (251-500), AED 15.21 (501-750) and AED 14.14 (above 750). A peak month can move you into a different tier, so check how your provider counts volume.
  • iMile offers free pickup once a day for sellers with 20+ orders a day in the same city as an iMile depot. iMile parcels are limited to 30 kg and 50 x 50 x 50 cm.
  • Tell your courier or 3PL your expected daily order count for the sale days in advance, and agree on extra pickups if you expect more parcels than usual.

3. COD payout timing

If most of your sale orders are cash on delivery, your cash arrives only after delivery and the provider's payout cycle. Published cycles from providers we list:

ProviderPublished COD payout cycle
SamVertex (UAE)Weekly on Mondays; daily from 300 orders a month
iMile (UAE)Weekly, every Tuesday (per iMile)
Jeebly (UAE)Weekly for new accounts (confirmed by Jeebly)
Quiqup (UAE)Twice per month (per Quiqup Sales, 28 Oct 2026)
MaxCommerce (UAE)Monthly (confirmed by MaxCommerce)
Naqel Express (KSA, UAE)Remittance within 10 days
SMSA Express (via Salla, KSA)Transfers on Sunday and Wednesday; funds usually arrive Monday and Thursday
Barq Fleet (via Salla, KSA)Weekly settlement
Torod (KSA)Every two weeks (Free), weekly (Premium) or twice weekly (Pro); instant transfer for a fee
OTO (KSA, UAE)Every 14 days (Free, Starter) or every 7 days (Scale, Pro)
Speedaf (UAE, KSA)COD reconciliation in 3-5 working days, or as agreed

Orders delivered in the last days of November may only be paid out in December on a weekly, two-weekly or monthly cycle. If you need cash to restock between 11.11 and White Friday, check the payout cycle before the sale. More detail on COD fees in Saudi Arabia.

4. Surcharges: fuel, remote and peak

  • Peak surcharges: none of the providers we list has published a peak or seasonal surcharge for 2026. Ask before the sale whether one applies.
  • Fuel: iMile adds a fuel surcharge of 4% of the delivery fee, reviewed monthly. Jeebly's rate card prices already include its 2% fuel surcharge (extra-weight charges have fuel and VAT added on top). Quiqup says a fuel surcharge applies, reviewed monthly (per Quiqup, 28 Oct 2026). DHL Express UAE rates are plus fuel surcharge.
  • Remote areas: iMile AED 10 extra per order; Quiqup AED 37 (3 days); Jeebly AED 59.20 next day for remote areas and Abu Dhabi Western Region.
  • Check whether a quote includes VAT: 5% in the UAE, 15% in Saudi Arabia.

5. Delivery attempts and returns

  • Delivery attempts: Quiqup includes up to 3 delivery attempts at no extra cost (per Quiqup, 28 Oct 2026). The other providers we list do not publish how many delivery attempts they make before returning a parcel. We have asked; until they answer, confirm it with your provider.
  • Published return and re-delivery fees: Jeebly return to origin AED 14.14; Quiqup charges the full delivery fee for returns and RTO; SamVertex re-delivery AED 15 and returns processing AED 0; Barq Fleet (via Salla) returns +SAR 5.
  • Failed COD deliveries cost you the delivery and the return. Confirm the order and address with the customer before you ship (for example by WhatsApp), and put a reachable phone number on every label.
  • Publish your returns policy and expected delivery time on your store before the sale, so customers know what to expect.

6. Checklist

  • Note the dates: 11.11 on Wed 11 Nov, White Friday on Fri 27 Nov 2026, and your marketplace's own sale window.
  • Ask your provider for any peak cut-offs, weekend pickups and peak surcharges, in writing.
  • Share your expected daily order volume and book extra pickups.
  • Check your COD payout cycle and plan restock cash around it.
  • Add fuel, remote-area and VAT charges to your delivery cost.
  • Confirm COD orders and addresses before dispatch; ask how many delivery attempts are included.
  • Compare options side by side in the comparison table and the calculator.
